Fiberglass needled mat is produced by bonding glass fibers via
mechanical needling. Chopping in 3cm-8cm fiber by guillotine
machine. And then puffed, carded and continuously needled by
thousands special needles. It is manufactured from a
well-controlled assortment of long textile glass fibers to ensure
mechanical bonding with no additional binders. The resulting
product has excellent insulation efficiency for extended exposure
at high temperatures. Also good for sound insulation and filtration
applications, also can be used for wadding materials, moto
mufflers, gun mufflers and elevator sound insulation materials.
Density of this needle mat is 100-300kg/m3. Available thickness is
3mm-30mm. Width is 240cm max. 100cm, 120cm, 240cm are more common
so it will be less delivery time. This e-glass fiberglass needle
mat can withstand temperature below 800℃(1472℉).
