by cutting machine. And then puffed, carded and continuously
needled by thousands of special needles. It is produced from a
well-controlled types of long textile fiber glass to ensure
mechanical bonding with no other binders. The needle mat has great
insulation application for exposure under high temperatures. It
also can be used for thermal insulatio, soumd insulation,
filtration applications. Besides, this needle mat can be used as
fireproof wadding materials, moto mufflers, gun mufflers and
elevator sound insulation materials.
Density of fiber glass needle mat can be 100-300kg/m3. Available
thickness is 3mm-25mm. Width can be 240cm max. So 100cm, 120cm,
240cm are very common width with more economical price and less
delivery time. The working temperature of this e-glass fiber glass needle mat is below 800℃(1472℉).
