800℃ Industrial Fiberglass Materials Removable Thermal Insulation Blanket

The removable blanket has been designed to eliminate heat loss of armatures, filters, slides, valves, pipeline, bends and many other equipments. Instead of standard sheetmetal, it is removables because of the advantage of quick removal and re-application. It is widely used for combined heat and power, in heat-exchanger rooms, in manufacturing plants, boiler rooms and so on.

This heat protection blanket is applied to the equipment. In horizontal position, insulation blanket shall be opened around the object. It shall be tied with velcro and buckles. The laces shall be tied behind the object like flanges, pumps.

Structure of the heat insulation jacket is sandwich. With this 25mm insulation exhaust, heat resistant shield products, high temperature air gas oil or liquid in the object won't makes the surface to hot to touch. Also it is able to protect the equipment object from heat and cold damage. Workers could touch the jacker surface without gloves. Also, it can be install and remove to fix easily on the object.

Outside materials of heat insulation pads cover is glass fiber cloth with silicone coating. Inside wadding material is e-glass fiberglass needlemat. Both surface material and inside material are fire heat resistant and eco-friendly. Fiberglass needle mat can be recycled after using (cut into fibers and needle to form a blanket again). What's more, these fiber glass materials have properties like electrical insulation, chemical agents resistance, corrosion resistance and abrasion resistance.

Fiberglass cloth is able to withstand 550℃ heat. E-glass needle mat can be used below 800℃ continuously. Please don't contect flame directly because the hook and loop is fie retardant only, not fireproof.
